We are a multimedia music company that focuses on niche music genres and caters to the passionate music fan. We are a fully integrated media company in print, digital and events. We produce live music events such as the Green Apple Music Festival.

- A custom-publishing business that creates festival newspapers such as the Bonnaroo Beacon, a newspaper distributed daily at the Bonnaroo Music Festival, and Tourzine, a full customized “Playbill” targeted at concert audiences and branded for bands and music tours. Both publications are advertiser supported and distributed free at music venues.

- Zendition, digital publishing software that replicates the page-turning experience of print publications.

Jefferson Waful has a wealth of experience in both the music industry and media world. He began producing and hosting a jamband radio show while at Emerson College in 1995 and has continued covering the live music scene as a contributing editor and journalist for Relix Magazine from 2000 – 2004 and as news director for Jambands.com from 1998 – 2004. During this time he co-founded a nationally syndicated radio show, Jam Nation, which currently airs on XM Satellite Radio. He also managed the national-touring act Uncle Sammy from 1997 – 2003 during which time he also served as lighting designer and booking agent. When opportunity came knocking, Waful pursued his new passion for lighting when international touring act moe. was in need of a lighting director. Since working with moe. he has traveled the globe, lighting such legendary venues as New York’s Radio City Music Hall, Colorado’s Red Rock’s Amphitheater, Tennessee’s Bonnaroo Music Festival and Japan’s Fuji Rock Festival.

Since opening its first restaurant in 1987, B.R. Guest founder Stephen Hanson and his team have redefined the restaurant experience through an emphasis on hospitality and quality.  Current B.R. Guest properties in New York City include Atlantic Grill, Blue Fin, Blue Water Grill, Dos Caminos Park, Dos Caminos Soho, Dos Caminos Third, The New York Times three-star Fiamma, Isabella’s, Ocean Grill, Primehouse New York, Ruby Foo's Dim Sum and Sushi Palace, Ruby Foo's Times Square, Vento Trattoria, Level V nightclub, and most recently Wildwood Barbeque.   B.R.
